Why are we the public paying for JCP&L's mistakes? Check out the poles on Brooklyn Mt. Road in Hopatcong & on Lakeside Blvd. They have not kept up with the Mantianace and up grades and just keep adding wires from whoever and never up graded the sorce the Poles.
