Born in Jersey City. Raised in Carteret. I left my native state when I transferred from Middlesex CC to the University of South Florida in Tampa. After earning my BS in Business, I married my sweetheart and became an army wife for 19 years. During this time, I supported the troops by doing various volunteer work, traveled much, and met wonderful people. Most importantly, I had two wonderful boys. One passed away at the age of 12 after being hit by a car and the other is currently at the CIA in NY learning to be a world class chef.

While a military wife, I became a substitute teacher. Once the family settled down in Virginia, I began working for as a full time High School teacher with "at risk" students and earned my Masters Degree in Education.

A year after my first husband thought the grass was greener on the other side of the fence, I met and later married my current husband, Rick Seipp. (Proving that what seemed to be a tragedy was actually a blessing.) In 2010, after 10 years of teaching, this fantastic man agreed to move to NJ so that I could live near my family once again.

Burnt out from dealing with administrations that wanted me to spend so much time meeting and talking about helping kids that I didn't have time to actually help them, I decided to become my own boss. I started AZ Math Tutors. I named it AZ after my departed son Austin Zachary.

Today, I enjoy spending a lot of time with my family. I am thrilled at how well the business is doing. I am thankful for the wonderful people I found to work along side me. I am in ah of the beautiful scenery around me. Simply put.. I am very happy to be back home in Jersey.
